1. Acceptance

By accessing and using ennexalabs.com you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any provision, do not use the site.

2. Who operates this site

The site is operated by 68.762.654 FERNANDA MULLER ENNES, registered under CNPJ number 68.762.654/0001-96, trading as Ennexa Labs, with its registered office in the Centro I district of Brusque, Santa Catarina, Brazil.

3. Purpose

This site is institutional and informative. It presents the areas Ennexa Labs works in and offers channels for interested parties to get in touch.

The site sells no products, processes no payments, and constitutes no binding offer of services. Any provision of services depends on a specific proposal and a contract signed between the parties.

4. Permitted use

You may browse the site, use the diagnosis and send messages through the forms, provided you do so in good faith and with truthful information.

The following are prohibited:

  • using the site for any unlawful purpose or to violate the rights of others
  • sending offensive, defamatory or discriminatory content, or content containing malicious code
  • attempting to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data
  • automated submission, scanning, or any activity that degrades the operation of the site
  • systematic extraction of content for reproduction or commercial use without authorisation

We may restrict access for anyone who breaks these rules, without prior notice.

5. Interactive diagnosis

The diagnosis on this site is a guidance tool. The recommended path it presents is a generic suggestion based on the options you selected, and is not consultancy, a technical opinion or a personalised recommendation.

No business decision should be taken on the basis of that result alone.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, visual identity, brand, symbol, source code, animations and graphic elements, belongs to Ennexa Labs or to its licensors, and is protected by intellectual property law.

Reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use of any element without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

The typefaces, libraries and other third party components used on the site remain subject to their own original licences.

7. Site content

We aim to keep the information correct and current, but it may contain inaccuracies or fall out of date. The content is provided for information, with no warranty of completeness, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time, without prior notice.

8. Availability

We do not warrant that the site will be available without interruption or free of errors. Interruptions may occur through maintenance, technical failure, attack, or factors outside our control, including unavailability of infrastructure providers.

9. External links

The site may contain links to third party pages. We neither control nor answer for the content, the privacy practices or the availability of those destinations. Access to them is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of liability

This site is informative. The information published here does not replace specific technical analysis and should not be the sole basis of a business decision.

We accept no liability for loss arising from the site being temporarily unavailable, from failures in the third party services the site depends on, or from use of the site contrary to these Terms.

Liability for services actually engaged is governed exclusively by the contract signed between the parties, and not by this document.

Nothing in these Terms sets aside liabilities that Brazilian law establishes and that cannot be waived, including those under the Código de Defesa do Consumidor, the Brazilian consumer protection code, and the Código Civil, the Brazilian civil code.

11. Data protection

The processing of personal data carried out on this site is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Use.

12. Changes

These Terms may be changed at any time. The date of the last update appears at the top of the document. Continued use of the site after changes are published means agreement with the version in force.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law.

The courts of the Comarca de Brusque, Santa Catarina, are elected to settle disputes arising from this document, to the exclusion of any other however privileged, save where jurisdiction is fixed by law in favour of the consumer.
